The question is where does a person see his happiness? Life success

Many times many people think about this question: “What is happiness?” There is no definite answer, we can only say that everyone has their own happiness, everyone sees happiness in their own way.

Depending on what a person calls happiness, we can say whether he lives in abundance or poverty, whether he has earthly goods. After all, if you ask a poor person: “What do you think is happiness?” - he, without thinking for a second, will answer, “Happiness is a warm shelter and people who love you.” Ask a rich person what happiness means to him, and he is unlikely to answer the same; he would rather call happiness when his shares are successful, when a new oil field is discovered, etc.

But one way or another, all people want happiness, they see happiness in each other, to be alone as much as possible, old people see happiness in growing grandchildren who delight their old eyes, happiness is one word - so that she doesn’t go anywhere and is nearby, could protect.

Many people see happiness in little things. For example, for some people, happiness is sitting wrapped in a warm blanket with a cup of coffee on a rainy day. Others see the happiness that surrounds them: trees, surroundings, in a word, others need nothing more to be happy than to lick a spoon while helping their mother cook, or to break puddles covered with ice in winter.

As we see, everyone has their own happiness, and it’s good when it exists, when this happiness comes, at least from time to time. After all, for example, there are children who live in orphanages, for them happiness is the envy of the family to have a mother and father. Of course, such children have different families, but it is very sad for those children for whom happiness can turn into an unfulfilled dream.

The most basic “happiness” is interestingly shown in the film “Amelie,” where a girl talks about herself that it gives her great pleasure to put her palm in a bag of beans, break the sugar crust with a teaspoon, and let pancakes float on water. The girl also talks about her other friends, and if you watch at least the first 20 minutes of the film, we can see that everyone has their own small joys.

But it seems to me that if it were not for such small joys, it would be quite difficult for us in life, we would not be able to console ourselves or support ourselves in difficult times, if we were not happy with our favorite music or activity.

Happiness is such an elastic concept, but we can definitely say that most often it is just a flash, a moment, like the Scorpions group sang the wonderful song “A Moment in a million years.” A person cannot feel happiness in any other way; if happiness lasted for a very long time, then the person would cease to appreciate it, and until something happens, he would not understand that after all it was his happiness that he missed. You can quote here: “It is not sweet to those who have not tasted bitterness.”

How do we define happiness? We know that it makes us feel good, that it brings warm emotions and a lot of positive feelings. Everyone wants to catch, find, have their own happiness. Let's not deny that the main happiness of every person lies in love. Love from your family and people close to you. The love of an ardent young man in anticipation of a long-awaited meeting with his beloved. The love of a mother for her baby, who has just been born, and then makes her happy throughout his life, no matter what he does. The love of patriots for the Motherland, the love for a sister/brother or friend.

You know, from these reflections it is worth concluding that if a person is rude to you, plays dirty tricks, finds fault, insults, or is simply aggressive, you should not be offended by such people. They do this not because they are such harmful people and therefore are trying to ruin your life, far from it. These people are very unhappy.

So let's make our world a kinder place. Give people love and kindness, that’s what happiness comes from, and everything else will follow. Dear readers, be happy, and don’t forget to share your happiness with others, maybe you can help them!

Let's talk about what a person sees as his happiness.

Imagine that your life is a chest with happiness inside. You have no idea what color it is, what size it is, or in general how it behaves if you let it out. Those who have already tried to open the chest said different things. For example, that happiness is illusory or quickly passes. And someone said that happiness is always accompanied by unhappiness and you need to be prepared for both. And somewhere else you heard that happiness is so delightful, so incredible that you definitely need to get it out of the chest.

Now, you have finally decided to open the chest and get your happiness out of there.

Question: where are the keys?

And you again ask someone for advice on where and how to look for the keys to the chest. You may have to travel to distant countries to visit Buddhists, or rummage through hundreds of books about the philosophy of life. You can search for keys for many years and note that all this time happiness will always be with you, but here’s the paradox: you still won’t be able to get it until you have the keys. So, the question is not WHERE to look for happiness, but HOW to discover it.

If you look for the etymology of the word “happiness” itself, that is, its origin, then surprisingly, there is no clear answer to this question. If you don't believe me, you can try looking for it yourself. There are several assumptions about where this word came from, but none of them is 100% reliable. So, in search of our human happiness for many thousands of years, we even forgot what we were actually looking for. What should it be? Maybe a house? Family? Love?

Happiness... inexpensive

But this does not apply only to the origin of the word itself, it also applies to our existence as a whole. We, like in a huge market, run back and forth, asking each other: where can we find happiness? What does it look like? Has anyone even seen him? In this crowd, we periodically meet people, happy and smiling, who rush around the market of life, showing everyone around how beautiful it is, how happy it is. And we, envying somewhere deep in our souls, continue to search for OUR happiness, believing that if that person found it, then I can too.

The only problem is that sometimes we try to repeat the path of those who have already found their happiness. We saw how they did it all and we just automatically follow their path. This is really true. Well, such a lucky guy comes up to you and tells you: you will go to that shop, buy a smart book there for 1000 euros, read the recipe, buy the necessary ingredients, brew yourself a potion, drink it and you will be happy!

Do you think we don't do that? And who goes to prestigious universities for expensive specialties just because someone there said that they will be highly paid in the future? And who gets married to the first people they meet just because someone said that you need to start a family while you’re young? And who goes on a trendy diet because one of the stars lost a lot of weight on it? The list of such questions is endless.

It can't not exist

It is very difficult to realize that everyone has their own happiness. Of course have general formula, according to which this very happiness is achieved, but it is achieved by everyone in their own way. Each of us has our own body, our own family, our own life, in the end, and therefore our own happiness. And we always give it up voluntarily when we try to repeat someone else’s life and go in a different direction.

Let's say you realized that you already have happiness and it is exclusive, that is, created exclusively for you from the moment you were born. This means that you have the chest, its contents, and even the key. And here a new paradox arises: having EVERYTHING to be happy, we... give up our happiness.

There would be no happiness, but misfortune would help

And these are no longer lengthy philosophical speeches, these are real, valid facts proven as a result of psychological research. Our subconscious is such a funny thing that every time you study it again and again, you are amazed at how much we manage to drive ourselves into a corner.

The thing is that we subconsciously associate happiness as a phenomenon in life with unhappiness. The subconscious knows that happiness and unhappiness alternate with each other like white and black stripes, which means that after happiness visits us, unhappiness certainly and automatically comes.

Many people experience fear of happiness, but not because they are afraid of happiness itself, but because they are afraid of experiencing unhappiness after happiness.

This is how we have fun. We spend our whole lives consciously looking for our happiness, but subconsciously we do everything in order to avoid it.

There are still questions on the topic, in what does a person see his happiness? Then let's discuss them in the comments.

Sponsored by: More and more people are turning to traditional medicine to maintain health. Treatment with folk remedies is one of the ways to live a happy old age.

Guys, welcome again! Today I decided to touch on the topic of success, work, etc. on my blog. It may seem that at my age it is too early to think about choosing a profession, the work of my life, but I believe that we should start building a bridge to our future from an early age. I’ll just share my thoughts with you, and if you’re interested, then join the discussion on this topic!

- Where does a person see his happiness?

Each person is individual, so some, unfortunately, see happiness only in satisfying their biological needs or in material values. But someone chooses a different path, striving for something higher, considering freedom, the ability to act, think and benefit society as their happiness. For me, happiness is the health of my loved ones, friends, self-development, communication and... life.

- What accompanies success in life?

Only those who are able to work achieve certain heights. If a person thinks only about himself all his life, that is, he is an egoist, then one cannot expect anything worthwhile from him. In many ways, success is driven by determination, support and will. By developing our abilities, learning something new and working on ourselves, we reach new heights. The main thing is not to give laziness a place in your life. It is she who destroys a person and all his aspirations.

- How to choose your business?

When a preschooler is asked what he wants to become, the answer is given almost without delay. "Cashier, doctor, educator, teacher...". Several years will pass, and it will be more difficult to answer this question, and all because the child begins to think about it more seriously. Of course, you shouldn’t worry if the answer doesn’t come right away, because there is still time, but thinking will not bring anything bad. The main thing to remember is that work should not bring discomfort. You need to correctly assess your abilities, understand that any work requires diligence, attentiveness and accuracy in execution. Try to understand what you do best, what interests and hobbies you have, what professions are closest to you, and draw a conclusion based on the results.

- Is it possible to see the meaning of life in work?

Interest Ask. On the one hand, it is not uncommon for people to get a job only because of income, profit, and often do not take their interests into account. It turns out to be some kind of work to your detriment. It cannot be said that there are professions that are completely useless. You just need to understand that work should bring benefits to others, satisfaction from self-realization, joy from results, and not just from material rewards. Therefore, I will answer the question this way: it is possible, if you consciously choose your life’s work and understand social values and problems.
