The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar product from the seller from whom this product was purchased, if specified product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration. The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of its purchase.
The law does not oblige you to do this. However, to simplify the procedure and speed it up, this application should be written. If payment for a fur product was made in cash, they must be returned on the day of application and return of the goods. When paying by bank transfer, cash transferred to the account from which the payment was made within 3 days. When making demands to replace a defective fur product with a product of proper quality, the replacement period cannot be more than 7 calendar days.

If the seller has announced an examination (in order to determine the naturalness or causes of the defect), then the replacement period can be extended by another 20 calendar days. If the seller does not have the goods needed for replacement, the period may be extended by one month.
