These job regulations (hereinafter referred to as these Regulations) in accordance with Article 47 of the Federal Law of 01.01.01 "On the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation" regulate the professional service activities of the leading specialist-expert of the department for the development and implementation of the GLONASS system of the Department of Development Programs.

1. Qualification requirements

1.1. The leading specialist-expert of the department for the development and implementation of the GLONASS system of the Department of Development Programs (hereinafter - the Leading Specialist-Expert) must have a higher professional education.
