Take on every task with confidence! Rivers of milk flow from here.

In November, kindergarten No. 95 organized a career guidance event. The holiday was held in the game format of the child-parent quest “City of Mechanical Engineers”.

Back in the fall, kindergartens in Zlatoust received an offer from our company to participate in the career guidance project “We are future machine builders.” To do this, it was necessary to develop and conduct a career guidance event on its site. One of the first to respond kindergarten № 95.

The journey through the “City of Mechanical Engineers” began with an exciting trip. The first task is to visit the area machine-building plant- girls and boys performed together with their parents. They took pictures near the central entrance of the city-forming enterprise and the Victory Palace, and found out what products Zlatmash JSC produces. Based on the results of the trip, a presentation was prepared, which was shown to representatives of Zlatmash JSC who came to visit the children preparatory group 20 November.

Having united in two teams, together with the cartoon characters Fixies, the girls and boys traveled around the stations and performed various tasks.
The teachers organized entertaining tests for their students. The guys raced to carry the load at the “Hydraulic Manipulators” sports stage. Then the children solved riddles, getting to know the professions: welder, assembler, tester, turner, mechanic, designer, engineer. They built a rocket out of Lego (just like the Zlatoust machine builders) and put together puzzles depicting the products of Zlatmash JSC. In the computer class, children at the monitors solved career guidance puzzles that were developed by a kindergarten employee.

It is always interesting to learn about the work of agricultural enterprises in the region, especially if things are going well there, there is something to show and something to be proud of.
FSUE "Aleshinskoye" is located in the village of Aleshnya, where we went on a gloomy autumn morning. The mood, however, was good, because we were going to one of the best agricultural enterprises in the area.

A business atmosphere reigned in the spacious board building. This is how we met the director of Aleshinsky, Anatoly Vasilyevich Skrynnik. He is not a stranger here, but he is new to this position. Before this, he worked for twenty years as the chief livestock specialist of the farm; he knows local customs and people well, about whom he speaks with great respect.

Rivers of milk flow from here

Aleshinskoe specializes in grain and dairy production. The farm has 960 heads of cattle, of which 450 are milking herds. The farm operates stably, milk production is higher than last year. And this is the merit of those who work at the livestock complex, headed by Nikolai Ivanovich Tikhonov. The successful work of Aleshin livestock breeders has long been known in the region.
Local masters of machine milking have more than once become heroes of publications in the regional newspaper. And today they are among the best in the area. Thus, Elena Akshonova has produced 3,967 liters of milk per cow since the beginning of the year. Nadezhda Tereshkina lagged behind a little, milking 3,616 liters of milk.
We heard many kind words addressed to the calf breeder Raisa Afanasyevna Borkina. Despite her retirement age, she copes well with her duties and loves her charges.
A good feed supply contributes to the successful work of livestock breeders. Procured in plenty of hay and green mass. In winter, the cows will not need food; the feed distributor Alexey Vlasov is responsible for their nutrition. Diligent and conscientious work everyone ensures the successful operation of the livestock complex.

Without a steel horse - neither here nor there

The smooth operation of all departments of the farm is impossible without agricultural machinery. And he understands this well Chief Engineer Vladimir Viktorovich Gogin. One problem is that there are not enough machine operators here. The backbone of the team are generalist machine operators. So they have to own two or three pieces of equipment. And they cope, they don’t let you down both in the hot summer months and at other times of the year. The equipment is old, but maintained in order. The farm is trying to purchase new equipment, in particular through leasing.
For many machine operators, working with machinery is a family affair. The Stepanov family is doing a wonderful job: Vladimir Leonidovich and son Sergei. The Sinitsyn family is not far behind: father Sergei Nikolaevich and his son Nikolai. They take their work seriously and responsibly. Vladimir Sergeevich Malygin and Gennady Shuvarkov work no worse than them.

Without a good seed you cannot expect a good harvest

Particular attention is paid to crop production and seed procurement. Much credit for the work of this unit belongs to the chief agronomist Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Fomina. She has been here since 1983 and is without a doubt an expert in her field. It is no coincidence that this year her photo will be presented on the Honor Board of Advanced Workers agro-industrial complex ministries Agriculture and food of the Ryazan region. Thanks to her excellent knowledge of her business and strong character, this fragile woman ensures the impeccable work of her department. And Lyudmila Alexandrovna’s household is large and troublesome. Just look at the 2,720 hectares of arable land that are kept in perfect order. She is also responsible for drawing up the structure of sown areas.
An important task of this industry is to provide cattle with feed. For this purpose, alfalfa, clover, and cereal-legume mixtures are grown. The honey base has also been preserved - sweet clover and phacelia. They are also used to collect seeds. It should be noted that the seeds here are of excellent quality. They are purchased large enterprises, firms and private entrepreneurs. The farm has close ties with Bashkiria, Moscow, Kursk, and the entire Ryazan region.
Sowing of winter crops has been completed. Wheat - on 233 hectares, rye - on 140. It should be noted that such a crop as rye is not widely used in other farms due to its low purchase price, but here it is used both as a food crop and for the production of seeds for themselves and others farms.
Takes a lot of rye seeds private sector. This culture heals the soil well. The set of spring crops includes legumes, in particular, fodder peas. It is more productive, taller, and is used as a grain mixture. Peas are grown both for seed production in the region and as green mass.
Of course, wheat and other grains are grown here. Grain yield this year amounted to 36.9 centners per hectare, which is the second indicator in the region.
After the crop is grown, the important task arises - to clean, preserve and prepare the seeds for sowing. This important mission is performed by the grain tank. After this, the seeds are placed in warehouses, where they are created the necessary conditions storage, temperature and humidity are maintained (2-3%).
Storekeeper Klavdiya Mikhailovna Gutorova, mechanic, weigher, workers perform their duty with skill. We met one of the workers, Galina Samoshkina, at the current. Despite her young age, Galina worked for two. Wherever we go, order reigns everywhere. You can feel that people are rooting for the task assigned to them.
For many years, the farm was managed by Yuri Sergeevich Kozlovtsev. Thanks to his efforts, we still have a good base and contacts with enterprises and firms. With a kind word farm workers speak about him, they asked to congratulate him on Agricultural Workers Day.
As elsewhere, the farm is making plans for the future. First of all, this is to preserve and increase everything that has been achieved, solve the problem of personnel (now 97 people work on the farm), and reopen the kindergarten in the village. And my most cherished dream is to organize milk processing on site, that is, to open my own dairy plant. Undoubtedly, this task will be within the capabilities of the farm, because responsible people, specialists in their field, work here, and successful work team will help achieve the desired results.

In the early 90s of the last century, at the end of the perestroika movement, the state relied on farms. The idea of independent farming seemed tempting to many former collective farmers. However, the farmer's share turned out to be not as sweet as it seemed at first. The state, throwing out the cry “become a farmer,” at first provided assistance, but gradually left the newly-minted farmers, in fact, alone with numerous problems. As a result, many peasant farms ceased their activities.

The second wave of the farming movement in the country began in the 2000s. It was then that the Khokhlov family from the Ermishinsky district decided to create a farm. Having united the land shares of family members and starting with the preparation and sale of hay, they eventually, by buying out the shares of local residents, were able to move on to crop production. The path was long and difficult, but neither Zinaida Nikolaevna, nor Pavel Vladimirovich, nor their son Evgeniy despaired, worked tirelessly and achieved a lot.

Now the Khokhlov farmers cultivate 1,500 hectares of land: they grow winter wheat, oats and forage grasses. At first, they used old equipment bought from a bankrupt collective farm. And later, having become participants government programs support for agricultural producers, they purchased a new MTZ-1221 tractor and grain harvesterAcros, other equipment.

In 2012, the Khokhlovs’ son Evgeniy, who had already createdmyfamily, inspired by the example of his parents, registered his own farm. As a beginning farmer, he managed to win a grant and acquired the necessary equipment to start growing crops.

Feeling confident in their abilities, three years ago the heads farms decided to engage in livestock farming. According to them, without the help and support of the state and the regional government, they would hardly have been able to implement their plans. Having taken part in programs to support agricultural producers, Zinaida Nikolaevna, and the next year Evgeniy Pavlovich, won grants to create family dairy farms.

The funds were used for the reconstruction of an old farm building for 200 heads of cattle, the installation of a milk pipeline, an automatic drinking bowl, a manure removal system, and a cooling tank. This year, the construction of a farm for 100 animals was completed at Evgeniy Khokhlov’s farm.

Today, both farms are not yet operating at full capacity. The total livestock is 133 heads on one farm and 30 heads on the other. So far, 10 first-calf heifers are producing milk, but calving is now underway, and the milking herd will increase. The first daily milk yield of 20 liters from each cow is already encouraging. Farmers purchased black-and-white heifers in the Moscow region and at Avangard LLC in the Ryazan region.

While the animals receive food without any additives, I think that when we start feeding them fully, the milk yield will increase a little more,” says Zinaida Nikolaevna. - For winter period contents prepared600 tons of green mass for silage, and this amount will be quite enough until spring. The number of cattle will increase, but pastures are already in short supply. For several years we have been trying to solve this problem by applying for a lease with the right to purchase 1,500 hectares of land owned by the Nadezhkinsky rural settlement. However, the issue has not yet been resolved.

Farming, having taken its worthy niche in the agricultural sector of the regional economy, will continue to develop in the future. As confirmation of this is the actively developing Khokhlovs’ farm. This year they collected good harvest grains, with an average yield of 41.6 c/ha, in some areas reaching up to 50 c/ha. All fields have already been put in order, winter wheat has been sown in due time. The necessary feed has been prepared for the livestock. There is an agreement to hire milkmaids who will begin working as soon as the mass calving takes place.

Of course, the farmers’ work has noticeably increased, but the Khokhlovs are confident that they will succeed. They are used to working and know for sure that only hard work can achieve their goal.
