Neskual Business: Children's Creativity Studio

  • Yandex.Direct
  • YouTube.

The business in the field of children's leisure is not easy, but with the right organization, sane pricing policy and high-quality service is quite profitable. Entrepreneur Timur Akjigitov from Pyatigorsk year ago launched a mug of sand animation, which a little later turned into a multidisciplinary studio of children's creativity, and paid off the cost already in the first month ..

Timur Akjigitov, 25 years old, founder and owner of the company HappyART.specializing in children's leisure activities. Born in the Stavropol Territory, lives in Pyatigorsk. It has a higher economic education, graduated from the North Caucasus Federal University. Business and commerce is engaged since 2007.

How did HappyArt studio appeared

Business and economics were interested in childhood since the childhood, since I accidentally found the book "Economy without secrets". I was 12 years old, and since then I had no doubt what profession to choose. From the age of 16 I was commerce, I also have quite a great experience in marketing and promotion. Even after being in the service in the army, I read Joe Vitaly books at night, Brian Tracy, Richard Branson, Napoleon Hill.

Last year, I organized a studio of sand animation, which conducted classes in Pyatigorsk schools. And a little later came across the article in the journal about the most interesting children's circles of Moscow. Many people have a children's circle associated with a room in an old house of culture with boiled windows, where children are engaged in some kind of boring nonsense. I had a desire to prove that the children's creative studio could be modern and commercially successful.

Once, being on business in the Committee on the formation of Pyatigorsk City Hall, I looked into the Economic Department - to ask if there are any programs to support young entrepreneurs. It turned out that at this time the competition was held to allocate subsidies for social entrepreneurship. I gathered all the documents, from the first attempt to get financing failed, but I pointed to the shortcomings in the application, and it turned out from the second time.

For four months, we developed the concept of the future studio. Made a repair, painted walls, bought furniture and office equipment, made up classes and started work. Released after the first month, and from the second month they began to make a profit.

The market of educational activities is not filled

Today, the studio of Happy Art is a modern creative center with an area of \u200b\u200b70 square meters, where children can engage in sand animation, painting, needlework of creativity, etc. We also have directions for adults, for example, Art-Timbilding - Creative master classes for corporate clients. I note that in our city there is a huge demand for developing creative classes; I am confident that in other cities, the demand for such studios is also there.

In my opinion, despite the apparent abundance of children's circles, the market is implemented only by 30-40%. People are ready to pay for interesting leisure for their children and good service. For example, we have a special expectation zone for parents, where they can drink hot coffee with cookies, extract new magazines.

The cost of the subscription for classes in our studio depends on the age and type of occupation, the price "plug" - from 650 to 1720 rubles. Completely, in my opinion, a democratic price. To reach the break-even point, we were enough to attract only 10 people for each direction.

By the way, our teachers do not receive salary, but work on a good percentage. I believe that it saves me a lot of time and strength, but the main thing - motivates teachers to work better and effective. They themselves are owners of their time, together make up the schedule of classes to be comfortable for everyone.

One of the advantages of this business is a low input threshold. For the opening of such a studio, about 300 thousand rubles will be required. The studio should be located indoors at least 60 "squares", it should be the main hall and a small waiting area (10-15 sq. Meters).

Marketing and Promotion

We analyzed the return from various types of advertising, and saw that at least half of the customers comes to us from the Internet. So we practice and contextual advertising, and promotion on social networks, and the development of your channel in YouTube, and viral promotions.

We also established cooperation with the local education department and conducted an advertising campaign in Schools and kindergartens of Pyatigorsk.

An important promotional channel for us is the event marketing - for example, every Saturday we spend free master classes on some interesting topic.

In the summer we plan to open the second studio in Pyatigorsk. And we have launched a franchise program, now we help to open a children's center for the second partner. Our partners provide all techniques for classes, painting equipment for sands, advice on all legal issues, service support. We set up an advertising campaign to the "Yandex.Direct" for the franchisee, we provide a detailed guide on viral advertising and sarafined marketing, we offer to use our advertising layouts and promotional rollers. And most importantly, we make the site for them and optimize it for search queries for a particular city.

For the development of our franchise program, we have created a website support for our creative people, where you can find detailed instructions for opening the studio in your city, download documents, programs, layouts, detailed marketing plan, premises rental instructions and negotiations and much more. At one time, I would give a lot for such information, but I had to fill the cones and acquire the necessary experience to yourself.

My credo is to refer to your work with the soul. And I'm waiting for our partners. I really like the philosophy of the Chinese saying - take care of your shop, and she will take care of you.
