How to print a presentation on the entire sheet A4. Print from PowerPoint.

The electronic presentation format is not always convenient and sometimes you have to print a presentation to provide your work on a more easy-to-read paper carrier. You can print a presentation in the copy center, and you can also independently. For the latter there are two simple ways. The first option is to create and print One slide on a separate sheet. Second option - laying Multiple slides on one sheet.

Method No. 1: Traditional Printing Presentation

  1. We go to the PowerPoint menu and select the "Print" section.
  2. The menu with the settings opens (let's tell about in detail below). Here are already installed standard printing parameters - one slide one sheet. If this option is satisfied with 100%, then simply click "Print" and the printer will make all the work.
  3. You can select the required number of copies, print all documents or specifically specify those slides that need to be printed.

On this, the entire process of printing the standard presentation is completed.

Method number 2: layout of several slides on a sheet

  1. We go into the "Print" section and select the option "Slides size for the entire page."
  2. This clause contains several options for the possible location of the slides on the sheet. You can choose the way that the most suitable under the subject of your presentation. Maximum on the sheet is displayed 9 slides (vertically or horizontally).
  3. Select the desired template and click "Print".

The quality of the images depends on the selected scale, so the option with 6 or 9-pm on one page is suitable only for large images, where the accuracy of the lines is not so important.

Configure Presentation Presentation Templates

Issue slides can be edited by changing some settings:

  1. Go to the section "View".
  2. Select the option "Sample Issued".
  3. The program will prompt the user to create your own style Presentations:
  • In the "Page Parameters" section, you can specify the number of frames on the page and change its dimensions.
  • The "Filter" option will help to install the lower and upper heads, specify the date on the page, hold the numbering.
  • Using software settings, you can completely change the page design, supplement it with art elements, images and other types of creative presentation design.
  • When work with the document is completed, choose "close the sample". The exclusive template you created can be used to print your presentation.

Select print settings

  • The number of copies is indicated in the upper corner of the working window. Here you just need to put the number of necessary copies of the presentation.

  • Section "Printer". Here you need to choose the equipment on which the printout will take place. Usually this function is needed if several printers are connected to the computer, if the device is one, then the program displays to print in automatic mode.

  • In the "Setup" section, you can choose what exactly needs to be printed: all presentation or selective slides. If you choose the last option, then in a separate line, specify file numbers for a printout or range, for example, "1-4".

  • Print format. In this section, you can choose increased print quality, tensile function by sheet width, etc.

  • If multiple copies are printed, then you can set the parsing parameters to print sequentially with a repetition from the first to the last document or printing with a repeat of each slide.

It is worth noting that the printout of a colorful presentation will require a large paint consumption, so you can change the parameters of chroma in order to save.

Printed handouts: adding and removing the numbering of slides

By default, PowerPoint for Office 365 (starting from version 1810 g), printed handouts include a slide number under each slide image.

You can disable this option by selecting File > Parameters > Additionally > Print. Uncheck the checkbox called Printing slide numbers on handouts.

When printing the structure, only text slides (without images) is displayed. A note to the presentation contains a slide under which the notes of the Rapporteur are indicated. If you decide to print handouts, you can print multiple slides on one page using various layouts that may contain a place for notes.
